Troubleshooting

Question:  When I try to log in to the Members Only Section, it keeps asking me for my Username and Password.

Answer:  Try this:

1) Close out Internet Explorer.

2) Right click on Internet Explorer

3) This menu should show:

4) Click on Properties.

5) This menu should show:  

6) Under the General Tab, click on Delete Cookies and Delete Files.

7) Then click Apply and OK.

8) Close the menu and restart Internet Explorer.
